I would get agitated and would not be able to think straight. It calms me down and my brain works better. It has made it possible for me to still do my job.

First, Thanks for the many informative messages that you have sent. Second, I have been taking Neu-Becalm'd for 5 months now and have noticed a decrease in my stress level and an increase in my memory. I'm a teacher and find that I have much better focus since starting use of his product. Just a couple of weeks ago I decided to try just two capsules a day with my 9 year old son. He has been showing too much aggression, anger and stress lately. It's too soon to tell if this will help him as it has helped me. We are sharing with friends and have given out several bottles for them to try. My son has ADHD it really helps. I came across your information when I was looking for an alternative to Stattera and Adderall.

I can't afford anymore right now but I like the product. I wish insurance would pay for things like this. That is the problem with going the natural route.

Neu-Becalmd has been a life-saver for my 10 year old son, now in the fifth grade. He was diagnosed with ADHD when he was in the first grade.
We tried Concerta and then Stratera. The Concerta caused him to go into fits of frustration, breaking pencils, stomping, yelling, pushing other kids at school, etc.
The doctor switched him to Stratera but the mood swings were unbearable. He would have a complete burnout explosion every evening at homework time.
He would cry and call himself dumb and stupid. When he threatened to kill himself, it was time to stop the drugs. It is just not normal for an 8 year old child to
threaten suicide. That is when I began searching for a natural alternative. We tried several products but settled on Becalmd. After nearly two years of
using Becalmd, my son is calm, his grades have improved, and he has an excellent outlook on life in general. I highly recommend Becalmd for ADHD.- Pamela

Sherrie Fry 02/18/08 Dustin has been off the Concerta since Christmas vacation and is doing actually better grade wise than he was on the medicine! We began be-calmd the first of August and then stopped the concerta the middle of December. Thanks for all your help! Sherrie

So excited about the results. We have "used" the becalm off and on for over 3 years but have just gotten "serious" about it this year, by taking Dustin off his med. The main reason I wanted to stop the med is because it causes stuttering to worsen. Everything I had read about the ADD meds said that it could either Cause stuttering or worsen stuttering. He is 14 and very concientous about it and it seemed to get worse. I told him about what I had found and he said he wanted to try and do it on his own. He is improving with the stuttering(was in speech for about 5 years to learn how to compensate for it). He is having a much better feeling about himself. However, we are still having some trouble lately with "motor mouth"

Thanks he has been on Neu-Becalm'd for a year now and is doing great...some behavior issues but nothing totally out of hand.

I was concerned with the upcomming puberty issues. I have upped his dosage to 3 capsules before breakfast and 3 before lunch.

He doesn't take any at supper because he takes melatonin to help him sleep. We are so happy that he is prescription free.

I still get the Neu-Relieve on a fairly regular basis. I hadn't gotten it for a time due to severe economic situations, but I am back on it again, and when I call in I still get the distributor discount. I am so glad for such quality products and have a couple people sign up. One of them is Jean Kes who has a boy with Cerebal Palsy and hydroencephalitis. The boy is fairly retarted (but don't tell her!!!) and can only speak about 5 words even though he is about 8 years old. She started giving him the chewable Becalm'd and he has been making more progress in school, is focusing better and has made much progress in using his electronic communication device. She is talking with other parents about the product, and she is head of an organization that helps teach parents how do deal with issues associated with disabled children. This is someone you should contact. She heads frequent meetings with having guest speakers once monthly. Maybe you would even consider this if she could arrange to also meet with a couple other groups, since all these groups are fairly small.

Jeff I had signed up to be a dealer back about a year ago and I wasn't able to do anything with it, I actually ordered 6 or 8 bottles. I was taking the Neu-becalm'd for myself and it actually works. FRED'S REPLY: Hi Lisa. This is not uncommon, about 10% of new users have the same sort of report, and it's very distressing, because you want so much more, so much sooner.

The other side of that is the 10% who see results almost immediately. The teachers want to know what's different, their doctors tell them to keep it up, and they want to know how they can share it with their friends and make enough money to get theirs free. This happened again just yesterday from a woman in Texas.

You can't "speed it up" by taking more capsules. Getting more in the system is about giving it more days, not more capsules. Remember, that's why you got three bottles to begin with.

With some "bodies" it just takes longer, and unfortunately many of those in this category quit, never achieving the results that lie over the next hill.

I've been doing this for over 12 years now, my best advise is to simply hang in there, it will come in it's own time.

Hi Fred, I have 2 of my kids on Neu B'Calmed. My oldest is the one with the more severe symptoms. I have not noticed a change in him yet. Trust me I am looking for it anywhere I can find it. My other child is doing well. He has returned to that sweet loving child again and doesn't seem to get so stressed out over the oldests behavior. I will keep plugging away at my oldest, Payton.
